Terzi International SRL established in 2004 by
Mr. Serhat Terzi as Unique Associate of the company, who is involved as
Deputy Technical Manager in Bucuresti Mall Project, as Site Manager in Baneasa
Residential Park Project and as Concept creator and Site Manager in Sunflower I
Project, which all of them are successful examples of the real estate market in
Bucharest. Until 2006 company did not make any activity except looking for some
land development investment opportunities and making research about residential
projects in Romanian Real Estate market.
Starting by 2006 the company start to invest
on lands, giving consultancy to other developers, giving services or developing
projects such as ;
In 2006 Company decided to invest in Real
estate. For this purpose TResident project has been designed which include 14
single, 4 roof doublex penthouses totally 18 apartments, 33 underground parkings,
4 open-air guest parkings, open-air swimming pool. To realize this project
located at Erou Iancu Nicolae, str Floarea Soarelui 1,066 m2 land have been
bought. Necessary projects and permit for construction has been established
with a total investment of 3 mio Euro. Tresident project have been successfully
completed at 2007-2008, all the apartments have been sold and delivered to the
owners.
The Company bought the land at str. Floarea
Soarelui nr.18 A with 3,000 m2 in 2007 and start to develop 10 villas
residential complex named Maya Residence with a total investment of 2 mio Euro.
In 2010. Each villas are having 260 m2 constructed area, 210 sm2 land, 2 open
car parking lots. By 2012 the project is completed as well, all the houses have
been sold and delivered to the owners.
The company bought the land at Iancu de
Hunedoara nr.11A with 1,948 m2 in 2015 and start to develop 8 villas
residential complex named Maya forest Residence in the same year with a total
investment of 2 mio Euro. The houses have 310 m2 constructed areas, gf+2,
with 2 large garages and high quality finishing, including Ixina brand kitchens
and saunas located at second floor and with private gardens.
The company bought the land at Mircea Eliade nr.29
A with 1,853 m2 in 2019 and start to develop 8 villas residential complex named
Maya Pipera Residence in 2020 investment of 2 mio Euro. As of now the complex
construction is about to start. The houses will have 176 m2 up to 264 m2 constructed areas, gf+1 & gf+2 types, with
2 semi closed garages and high quality finishings including good quality brand
kitchens and private gardens.
During all those years while developing those
projects Terzi international worked with Credit Europe Bank, Credit Europe leasing,
Unicredit Leasing, ex Emporiki new Credit Agricole Bank, Garantibank, Garanti
Leasing and having a very clean record and history with all.
